For Halloween 2023, talented artist and friend of mine, Kumada Panda, decided to draw pictures of various friends’ characters dressed up as Digimon, apparently inspired by our mutual friend Jinji. Imagine my surprise when I found out I’d been included in the line-up! Jumping into a green dustbin, placing a banana peel on my head and pink paint dripping down my face, and holding a bazooka-like weapon formed from recycled cans, I have “digivolved” into Garbagemon! What an appropriate Digimon for a sentient toxic trash-heap like me. 🙂
